I need to do my 90 day report this week but I have mislaid my TM30 receipt

I am registered, just can’t find the receipt 

Do I need this for the report?

You will need your TM 30 for an annual extension. Should be stapled in your passport

No. They don't ask to see it. They can see on the system you have already filed one. In fact, all you need at Jomtien is your passport and previous 90 day report slip.
