actually did it, doesn't mean it's a good choice. Do what you want, but the risk is there regardless. I know I wouldn't be risking a rejection, ban or whatever on a visa to be in a country I want to be in...

Even if approved, you'd also risk immigration noting you had been in Thaialnd during the application process, if they looked into it when you went to re enter on the DTV. It'd be on their records, too.

Stay where you are. You shouldn't be in Thailand during the process.

They can call you in for an interview at any time.

No need for an agency, it's a simple process if you follow the requirements. And search on this page for information on the embassy you're applying through as they all have slightly different rules, some mentioned some not and its based on experiences.

Language isn't an option for the DTV.

It took ours 4 days excluding weekend and the application day.

Best to be in the country until you receive the outcome.

Just write a letter explaining your role and how its a remote role and your resume could help.

Partner received a request

for Resume, portfolio and letter even though the work contract was supplied, which clearly states Remote Work on it.

For this request, we provided the resume and a letter explaining the role.

you print the visa once received, and you also have a copy of the visa and QR in your phone. No visa stamp.
