Non O is 90 days. Only extendable with 1 year. If doing a border bounce and get 60 days visa exempt its possible to extend that with 30 days. So yes its 6 months totall but not as 1 visa.

Its officially not possible to apply in Thailand. Yes some agents manage to do it. But that will be expensive.
