Not the wrong information as I have stated the docs can be asked for. Not having them, does not mean you can not enter. It is not mandatory to have them on you upon arrival. It is a good idea to have them but not mandatory , there is a difference.

I got mine In Taipei but know several who got theirs in Vientiane. Approvals can take from 10 -20 business days.

Airport immigration has access to 90 day reporting?

It is usually at least a few days in advance.Laos is not interviewing every applicant as before. Approval can be given without interview.

London has high approval rate. Having a 6mth plus course along with all required docs and you should be fine.
