Not sure about the documents I should prepare so I have some questions for 2 ways of doing it..
1) Would new business/individual activity registration and freelance portfolio be enough? Assuming I don’t have any tax returns, because it is new business.
2) Normal contract, no freelancer contract, where it is stated, that I can work remotely. Or do I also need to provide additional document from company, that I can work remotely?
Thank you 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
To work remotely in Thailand either as a freelancer with a new business or under a normal employment contract, you should prepare specific documents. For a new business, a registration and freelance portfolio are sufficient, even without tax returns. Additionally, if you have a normal contract, you will need a letter from your employer confirming your ability to work remotely and stating that you will not conduct business with Thai firms.
Having no tax returns not an issue for a new business. Can also Inc income payments which are highlighted on bank statements. Need a letter detailing permission to work remotely in Thailand and that you will not engage in business with Thai firms/individuals.
Anonymous participant Docs in the language of the embassy you are applying may be acceptable, but you have to check. Which embassy are you applying from?
I wanted to apply through eVisa, because Thailand doesn’t have embassy in my country and nearest embassy would be thousand kilometres from me in Copenhagen
