There are many hotels from budget to mid-range normally, that offer discounts at the front desk v online. It varies greatly and depends on the season, hotel etc.

There can of course be properties where the yield can be attractive. But we have to speak in general terms. Bangkok isn't known for high returns in the property market.

No limit only officially. You can still get pulled over and given problems if it looks like you are staying too long.

That isn't an official rule that's enforced per se . It all depends on one's history, nationality and the specific IOs.

so basically if one is to spend less than three months at a go, there is no need to do the report at all. Only the annual ext would be required.
