You can't renew outside of Thailand, if it expires you need to apply for a brand new non-B visa.
Darren *******
@Darren ******
and yes you can enter with it, need COE from embassy
Darren *******
If you have an employer then you can apply for a non-B via a Thai Embassy
Darren *******
Yes, but you need to speak to your local Thai Embassy and go through the whole process.
Darren *******
Not right now, no. Haven't heard anything to suggest it's changing but who knows.
Darren *******
Do as Brett said but my understanding is your visa expired and you need to apply for a brand new one.

@Ged ********
yes you did. As to why unemployment is higher than 12 months ago...because the tourist areas have been badly hit. The non-tourist places are operating close to business as usual.

@Ged ********
he may well be but he hasn't said what his proposal is yet. In some parts, like Phuket, yes they heavily rely on tourists. In most of Thailand, they have never seen a tourist which was what I was saying when you and another said all businesses in Thailand rely on tourists. Thailand would be far more screwed if they couldn't export automobile parts, food, etc than not see tourists for 12 months.
