Does anyone have any experience of applying for a business visa? I will be looking at opening a business in Thailand but yet again Google really is not my friend with the conflicting information!

It says I must apply via a Thai embassy but goes on to say "you may be able to do this once in Thailand" May is not "you can" which is why I am here

Before asking Google I was under the impression that I can apply for a Non-B once inside Thailand but apart from that, I was hoping someone could run me through the process and any pitfalls to look out for.

The business will require premises so I will hire a solicitor to "rubber stamp" the contract so I dont get any unwelcome demands or changes by the landlord and will get them to check my paperwork is ready to submit

Foolishness will be punished by chinese burn and a nipple tweak 😁

Hello community 👋, I’m currently living in Bangkok as an expat with a family visa. I would love to start a small business and open an online shop—just like I used to do in my home country. Does anyone here have experience with this or know how the process works in Thailand? Many thanks in advance! 🫶✨

I am currently seeking work in a school teaching english in Thailand (fully qualified) and therefore, assume I will be applying for a Non-immigrant visa “B” once (if) I get a job offer.

I have my own small graphic design business, currently registered in Ireland. if I would like to carry out work while living in Thailand on this visa, while still working at a school, will I also need to apply for a DTV visa? Should I transfer my business to Thailand instead? I understand that if I will be living here more than 183 days a year, that I will need to pay taxes in Thailand.

tl;dr Can I work on my small business while on a Visa B and teaching in a school?

Hello everyone, I need all the information I can get. I’m planning to start a company (recruitment) and do the work from Thailand. I’m from europe and currently in Thailand. Will I be able to start a company and immediately apply for a DTV visa, or is it impossible since the company hasn’t started yet? What documents will they require?

Thank you

I am planning to move to Thailand in 2024 from USA at age 49. I am unsure of exactly what the plan is and I would like a service that can guide me through the visas, advise, help setup bank account if necessary, but I want a reliable service that is also priced reasonably. I am open to doing an education visa, learning Thai for the first year, then moving on to retirement visa. But, I am unsure of many things and may even want to try and work or start a business there. I need some help and guidance and want the right service.
