TLDR : Answer Summary
The entry for retirees using a Non-O visa from EU countries such as Germany or Austria is currently not possible based on the comments. Users have reported that the Non-O-A visa is accepted, but the Non-O for retirement is ambiguous and appears not to be included in the current guidelines. There are mentions of needing a thorough application process and requirements for other visa types, but no definitive updates are available for Non-O retirement visas.

Seems the Thai government wants to get rid of the "Non O" retirees. Their returnig was never a topic so far.

I flew in with Emirates last month on a marriage 'O' visa. Not through the embassy.
