yes it has to be a job that Thais can't do like I said a specialty.....this dude ain't no chef lol....also the amount to put into starting a business and just getting a normal visa is way cheaper u know

Business visa only covers jobs that a Thai person can't do...so that doesn't include restaurants work unless it's something spectacular. Plus you have to show tax records of the company...so ud have to start the business, run it, pay taxes on all employees etc before you could ever even apply and at most ud be a consultant

I mean, to get to Portugal my friend is doing it now she just has to show money and 3 years of tax returns.....for a normal person working that shouldn't be so hard....people without jobs is the ones they won't give it to

u can get one day service if u prove emergency travel and u drive to a passport agency

You could do medical visa if he is doing treatments the entire time with a local doctor...just need a note from doctor about how long he has to stay in the country

Also make sure to have someone really intelligent write ur name correctly in Thai.......they messed up mine name in the translation

usually have to show 6 months of her bank records, proof of how she earned the money, then also tax records for the past 3 years and also proof of reason to come home which would be ownership of land, employment, children, sick family etc
