Good Evening 😊

I'm in need of advice and would be very grateful 🙏 to anyone that's been through a similar situation. 

Myself and 2 half Thai children will be arriving in Thailand from South Africa on the 20th April with a non immigrant O visa based on marriage.

My eldest son from previous marriage so not Thai will join us next year he will be 20 years old by then. 

So my question is what kind of visa can I apply for for him as he will also be staying with me. His not able to work his special needs. 

Please any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I would ask the embassy or an immigration official about this. There might be inclusions for special needs but the general rule is 20 years old which it appears that you're aware of. Beste wense.
