I almost always renew mine 30 days before expiry. I have also done it 15 days before due to being overseas. Si Rach immigration. No issues.

If you have satang and are close to an airport. Fly in and out the safe option.

Your coming in July. Plenty of time to get a tourist visa. That gives you 60 days and no head aches about going to immigration here in Thailand.

Not a chance. You will need to leave and re enter.

Why was I asked to provide bank account proof again after my visa extension at Jomtien Immigration?

I use Si Racha immigration as its closer to my home than Jomtien. I believe your supposed to use your closest immigration office. Unsure where in Chonburi you are but if your in Pattaya I would expect you need to stick with Jomtien. Never been there but I hear its a pain.

Am I allowed to stay until March 9th with my non-immigrant O visa extension under consideration?

If the paperwork is correct which immigration have already accepted go back on the 9th and pick up your extension/visa.

You can also get the re entry permit at BKK Airport immigration. It's at the check in side not airside. Same 1K baht.

Can my boyfriend use the visa exemption for multiple entries into Thailand based on his work schedule?

He will have no issues as he is not entering Thailand every month. I was also on a

rotation and used the visa exemption for many years. Immigration then stopped me on one occasion and told me to get the correct visa as I was not a tourist. I did as asked and got an extension to stay as I was married to a Thai.
