TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a marriage visa extension in Thailand and plan to visit your family in the UK, you will need to obtain a Re-entry permit from the local Thai immigration office before you leave, which costs 1,000 Thai baht. Upon returning to Thailand, be prepared to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of your flight.

You can also get the re entry permit at BKK Airport immigration. It's at the check in side not airside. Same 1K baht.

You can see the sign after security screening, before passport control at departure gate 2 at BKK.

On your return to Thailand...

Be prepared to show PROOF of being fully vaccinated at check-in for your flight to Thailand.

IF you are not fully vaccinated...

Show negative COVID test results within 72 hours of your flight to Thailand. It can be either RT-PCR COVID test OR ATK rapid antigen test with Lab analysis results within 72 hours of your flight to Thailand.
