I have been rotating for a good few years. Been on many a 30 day stamp. I did have the occasional tourist visa when off work.....There is no real formula for when you will get stopped or not. You could get a warning this time and then come in next time with no issues at all. Really though with such a regular rotation in and out of Thailand we are not tourists, so a long term visa option should be considered. You look too young for a retirement visa right...?
If a baby is born out of wedlock then you are not the father EVEN if you later get married and even if the baby has an Australian passport.. You have to be legitimized as the father in a Thai court. I am about to do this myself, so I am fairly familiar with the issue :( Still doesn't make me want to get legally married though....LOL :) You can only do as Rob said....90 day outside the country.....
She said in her post....."I will be applying for the 6 month tourist visa instead, and am worried that they will deny me the visa (even though I will have all of the appropriate paperwork) due to having many stamps in and out of Thailand in the past few years in this passport"..........The answer to this question....is YES, get a new passport. What happens on arrival at the airport is a whole nother story. She only asked about getting the visa and for that getting a new passport will 100% improve her chances of getting that visa. FACT :)
Never fake a stolen passport as you have to lodge a police report and it goes on the system that you have lost a passport. This can cause issues. Not that I am commenting or promoting this at all, but a damaged passport has to be replaced....
