immigration recently visited several hotels on koh phangan and fined them for not filing tm30s ...they were also thai owned.

can access immigration for re entry permit from planeside suvarmabhumi ...I did , as did others recently

even if you stamp out, or go via entrance 1, you can cut round on planeside and access the rentry permit booth immigration area....I discovered recently! 😁

As you get older, and stay longer, the O option advantages outweigh the OA advantages in my view ....

As a german you will be visa exempt, not voa, you will get 45 days plus a 30 day extension

At the end of your second year. Provided you can meet the requirements, you can get further extensions at an immigration office, beyond the second year. Whenever you leave thailand you need a re entry stamp.
