I noticed that some people had said it really depends on where and type of school is... So my follow up question would be: Any table of comparison with some major immigration offices across the country?
which school are u studying and what course? All students at my language school in which I am studying all getting 60 days extensions, and then 90 days reports...
Yes I agree extension every 60 days with ED visa is just about the same with the time and money spend on an international flight ticket in and out of Thailand. I used to have ED visa and then decided to get a METV instead, no more paper works and travel and waste hours at immigration office.
I applied my METV in my home country which is not US, I wrote the number of days that I planed to stay in Thailand, which is less than 60 days because we have booked a onward ticket to other country. I just think that if I enter Thailand I can only get the 60 days stamp so it wouldn't make any sense to put more than 60 days...
I think the main question is that I don't have 90 days report done. So no matter where I apply I guess the answer is a no, I can't get the certificate. Thanks anyway!
