usually if you find new job you need to exit Thailand and apply the non b visa outside thailand

like the alcohol ban, emergency curfew, everything is published in royal Gazette and I see it before. My agent say it not publish yet and don't know what exception are for processing some visa.

that's why I want to know more details. I have expired non b, and want to stay in Thailand without leaving, cause I have a baby with me.
