- My understanding, is that every applicant (your wife is a separate applicant than you), must supply the requirements listed under 1 through 5. Bullet 5 is then broken down by what category (soft power, digital nomad, spouse, etc.) and states what is needed specifically for that category. Bullets 1 to 4 are required of all though.

Anonymous participant - That is amazing that they allowed your GF the visa, even though you are not married.

You can apply at other embassies. However, you will need to check with that specific embassy, as some allow travelers/tourist to apply there, while others only allow citizens/residents of that country/surrounding countries.

- The announcement is posted to their Facebook page (dont think they ever posted it on their website). It sounds link many embassies are moving to e-visa next month.

I submitted six months of bank statements, but no one stated that this was/was not required. Since I had it, I went ahead and supplied it.

It has nothing to do with the job title/field. If you have a full-time job via a company, you need to supply a letter from the company stating you are allowed to work remotely (digital nomad). Some people have not been able to supply such letter and get denied. Where more people are having issues, are those who are freelancers, consultants, etc. They don't have the ability to have their company supply a letter and what they can supply varies by case, and how the embassy interprets/accepts these documents varies.
