What should I do if my 90-day report for my DTV visa was rejected?

Hi everyone. I have 90 day report issue. My first round of DTV expires April 6 but my 90 day on the 25th March, so I submitted online the Tm47. And they emailed me back that it's rejected.

Why would this me, any experience with it? Should just fly in and out before the 25th or go to immigration?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing an issue with a rejected 90-day report for their DTV visa, which needs to be done in person for the first report. There are discussions about the possibility of doing it online and suggestions to travel in and out of the country to reset the visa. Other users emphasize the importance of understanding the rules related to the 90-day report and the requirements for maintaining the DTV status.

So it means your in country extension was rejected ... did you maintain more than 500,000 baht i your account? Did you provide all tge documents like you first applied for your DTV?

Or easier, fly out & in with another 180 days :)

You can go to the post office and send it in rather than waste time going to immigration in person.

Anonymous participant 1st report on the same entry. If you re-entered Thailand then it's considered your 1st report. Previous reports don't qualify because you now have a new entry.

I have done that. It's 2nd

Anonymous participant is it the second time you’ve reported on one entry? Your entry stamp is 180 days so it would be difficult to do two 90 day reports in that time period.

Any way you look at it, your online report was rejected so your only option is to go in person or just not do the report at all. Not doing it is cheaper than flying in and out for sure.

90d report is free, why you comment if you have never done it? Also your comment makes no sense in any way. I did my 90d report 1 week advance, so before 180days i had it due again. Stop commenting if you dont understand, it confuses people

@Toni ******
my comment was ‘not doing it (฿2000 fine) is cheaper than flying in and out’. Do try and read things more carefully, or ask if you don’t understand them.

@Biff ******
its cheap to drive to border, but can you please also say what might happen if you have some trouble in the country, lets say with officials, and 90d not done? Cheap? 🤣

@Biff ******
if you go a week early for your first 90 day reporting, your second 90

Day reporting is 90

Days from the first reporting. Since you went for first report on day 83, second report is day 173.

You can never do your first 90-day report online. So doing it online won't work with a DTV, unless you're extending and staying longer than 180 days.

And the 90-day report doesn't matter for you, if you're flying out soon. It is only important if you have anything to do at an immigration office. The immigration at the airports don't care about the 90-day report.

so I should leave before 25th march even if my visa until 6th April. Cause I will just go and come
Steve *******
Anonymous participant how is it your 2nd before you reach 90+90 days?

But like I said, you can just forget about the report. The airport immigration doesn't care about it. At all. Stay to April 6th if you need to
