John Pirillo. It seems Americans have the biggest problem getting this form signed. I don't know why this would be. In Australia from I understand, no-one has had a problem. Their GP will do it without batting an eyelid
See your regular doctor. He or she will have your records and can sign it off when they know your medical history. The tests themselves would cost a fortune
Nigel Ponsonby Smallpiece. I wouldn't suggest they make them up, I said they enforce their own rules. I do believe for the covid extension, they don't actually have a handbook. Some offices put applications "under consideration" whilst others just give the 60-day stamp straight off. Which is correct? For STV holders, there's some bothersome news that Phuket are telling people the STV cannot be extended past September 30 (which is totally incorrect), whilst others have already given extensions past that date. As you say, it's "interpretation" and it's a pity there isn't a central advisory point to clarify matters. As Brandon has said before you cannot argue with them, and even a supervisor will support their staff, because that's how they do it.
Garrett Greenwald. And yet some immigration offices are asking for it, such as the OP. It's well-known that immigration offices make up their own rules. I can't agree with you, otherwise we'd both be wrong.
