Have People Successfully Applied for Thai Visas Through the Sri Lankan Embassy?

I contacted them and they advised had to be done online. I also contacted embassy in India and if non-resident has to be done online also.

What is the process for applying for the Digital Tourist Visa (DTV) in Colombo, Sri Lanka?

I contacted the Thai Embassy in Colombo and from my understanding you have to do it online as they referred me to the website to so online and also contacted India Embassy and only does it if you are a Indian national.

 its not a lot of money if you get the visa approved but it is a lot to lose if rejected.
