If I made my booking 4 mounts after my arrival I have to go outside the Thailand after 2 mounts. When i came back can I get 30 or 45 days visa plus another 30 days?

thank you for advice. I am not changing my plan just thinking other option. If I made my booking 4 mounts after my arrival I have to go outside the Thailand after 2 mounts. When i came back can I get 30 or 44 days visa plus another 30 days?
