Hi frlends

I rented a Condo for a year. If I go abroad or somewhere else on holiday, can I rent my Condo to somebody even for a few months?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The possibility of subletting a rented condo in Thailand while on holiday largely depends on the terms of your lease agreement. Many standard leases do not permit subletting without the landlord's permission. It's crucial to check your lease and communicate with your landlord before considering this option. Ignoring lease stipulations could lead to complications or issues with your landlord.

Pretty risky only deal with people from whom you can get a reference!

Why ask FB. Look at your Lease and talk to your Landlord. ijs...

Better ask the landlord. If you don't do and leave, and if the landlord learns that, he might you headaches (a lot).

Does your lease allow you to sublet? Most standard leases do not allow this.
