Immigration lady clearly wants to marry you. 😉 But seriously, really a lot of people have multiple trips to Thailand. You just need to make sure you look wealthy, or look like a sex tourist. Both seem to be preferred types. Don't look like a young hippie. And make sure you meet ALL the rules, including having really a lot of cash on you, have an onward ticket, etc. And relax a little; you seem serious.
Ummm.. not really; James Bond or Bourne movies hinge on pretty advanced tactics on tracking people.
In this case, it's basically just a hotel / guesthouse/ hostel or Airbnb host submitting the tm30 record within 24 hours from check-in like they're supposed to.
And then if it's convenient for immigration police they'll come over and grab the guy/girl. It's really super easy for them, barely an inconvenience.
Good heavens the number of idiots commenting is just staggering. In addition to booking a flight out of Thailand as soon as possible, also consider if the place you are staying at now has done a TM30 report to immigration. If there is a chance that they have, then move out NOW. (The only way to be sure is if you didn't give them your passport details.)
You do not want to be picked up by police, which is happening more often to more people, also with very minor overstays, sometimes just a couple of days. A very basic query in their database shows your place of residence noted on the TM30, and that you're on overstay.
When moving to a hotel or other place, don't let them have your passport information, especially your passport number. Then make sure you have 500 Baht in cash for each day you overstayed, ideally with a bit extra to spare in case you forgot to count the day you arrived and the day you depart.
There is a huge difference between being arrested somewhere in Thailand, and showing up at the airport with ticket and money in hand.
The date that you most leave by is stamped in your passport. Just look at the date, so you can go through exit immigration anytime on that day. Or if after midnight then not usually a problem.
This is super confusing.. staying in Thailand or in Myanmar? "ampoo"... ? The photo looks like a Thai ID card for foreigners; that would work to check into a hotel in Thailand, same as for other foreigners like you and me. For Myanmar though and being a Myanmar citizen, they ask for a Thailand ID? Why?
