I booked an appointment online and visited - all done and out in 1 hour. Highly suggest you book appointment online.

Fill in the forms at home and take copies of passport and entry stamp. This will save you another 10 mins 😁

yes, I concur. 3 years to pay out on a excess car hire policy. £90 was the claim. I canx’d my 5 other policies as if I had that much trouble receiving a paltry amount - I wasn’t confident of a large health/home insurance claim!

Second flight checkin online. That way if you are running late you don’t have to worry about the checkin being closed. They will still give you your boarding pass if you need it.

I was denied boarding at Sydney airport as traveling on a single ticket.

I bought an expensive fully refundable whilst at the desk. Given my boarding pass - canx’d ticket.
