....umm not sure john as we both have residential addresses.. and took the required paperwork......i would think that if you are applying in jomtien then you should have a chonburi address or hotel........not 100% sure so maybe someone on here can advise accurately.....sorry

Recently bought a motorbike from a Norwegian guy and we both had to have CoR.....he was only here on 30 day entry and got one at jomtien immigration without any problem.....you actually indicate on the form the reason for requiring the certificate (sell motor vehicle).....another point.....the bike was registered in Khon Kean and had to be changed to Chonburi were i reside.....takes 3 months for tbe transfer and still waiting for completion.......just mentioned that in case it will apply to your car

I think things are changing.....i have a retirement visa and do 90 day reports......i have never registered wheni leave and return as i own condo and was under the impression i did not have to.......went for a residency certificate the other day and had to register first...never got fined and asked why i had to register.....said everyone has to but i only have to do it the one time??..cant figure it out so if anyone here as any idea why then let me know.... but as i said......i think things must be changing so u may get a small fine

Not sure what this exit visa is...... but you need the departure card and need to go to immigration in chaeng wattana for this.....they check your date of arrival on your other passport and issue another departure card.....if you have also misplaced that......thats what i had to do when i lost mine anyway.....hope it helps .....cheers
