so I had a year visa non o when I came here then couldn't leave after 90 days so I did covid visa till I could get my current visa. Then got a 1 year visa that I just need to do 90 day reporting on but don't have to leave the country. Now it's due in Jan. It was a difficult process so I'm not sure if I should look at other options and since the mother is hard to deal with.
Trying to work out if I have to be living with the mother or my son because the lawyer said I don't buyt I'm not so sure. Do you have any idea?

My experience of doing anything legal here I would do your research first. Slow and difficult system. You could always get married (not legally) here and then register your marriage at home.
