Ah yes. I did go to court as I was told I had to do it. But was a little confused on what that gave me. So it sounds like that gives me parental rights. Good to know.

so I had a year visa non o when I came here then couldn't leave after 90 days so I did covid visa till I could get my current visa. Then got a 1 year visa that I just need to do 90 day reporting on but don't have to leave the country. Now it's due in Jan. It was a difficult process so I'm not sure if I should look at other options and since the mother is hard to deal with.

Trying to work out if I have to be living with the mother or my son because the lawyer said I don't buyt I'm not so sure. Do you have any idea?

not sure the difference since it's my first. I have a year due in Jan. I came during covid so it's all a mess and I'm super confused.

ok thanks very much. I did move so trying to work it out. Lately I'm also confused on if I'm meant to be living with the Mother of my child. I'm hearing different info on this.

My experience of doing anything legal here I would do your research first. Slow and difficult system. You could always get married (not legally) here and then register your marriage at home.
