thanks for your reply. My situation is that my visa is actually a parent visa but the mother of my child has taken off up north without telling me. Since my visa is due soon and I'm already training Muay Thai I decided to apply for a visa with that. Wasn't sure if there would be any difficulties. My school seems to have everything under control. Also I'll be looking to get married to the girl ive been dating for a few years. Maybe that will make things easier.
