Date of entry would be 17 04 2023, if thats your last entry, the 19th May is not required on the form, the visa expiry date will be on your last extension stamp in your passport. Common mistake is putting current year in the year field out of habit.

the online pretty sure does more than that now, the AI as part of the new systems link can return a Boolean (true or false), to identify if the TM30 is still valid, 'you have been registered since your arrival in country. Whether a manual checker refuses or accepts the TM47 if they see a permanent addressed tm30 is where variation in results come in.

Part of the online checking will be 'check-in date' on TM30 is greater or equal to 'In country Arrival Date' on the IMO system.

If you have access to a PC and printer you dont have to visit IM. The links previously posted will take you to the online registration site, where your girlfriend can register her address, put her name as house/account name and upload copy of her ID and blue book. Then fill your details as guest staying. (Leave checkout/exit dates blank). And save and print the pdf form of tm30 record.

At the very least they are asking for a TIN, tax idendification number. This has to be applied for at your local tax office.

although technically you cant drive after the licence has expired. The 1 year is before they make you do the process from scratch, back to 2yr temporary licence and possible test.

Clearing your browser history and cache might help.

Also clear the browser cache at the start and after a failed attempt.

While i see some people saying it is acceptable at some offices, i didnt read a comment that someone actually uses that method. The requirement is 800k @ 400k baht, it doesnt mention or equivelant. Surely any bank statements would be in the foreign currency not baht, so who is expected to do the 365 daily calculations on the appropriate exchange rate for each day to ensure it didnt drop to 799k or 399k or below depending on the specific month of the year?

my understanding is different, and the lack of end date creates a permanent record, any short term hotel stays with end dates create a temporary record. Meaning the permanent record after returning from the hotel is now the active record again and the original pdf can be used without filing a new tm30. I've only filed one tm30 on the new system at my BK house, but stayed in 4 hotels that registered TM30's, and had no problems with my online 90 day reports in the last year.
