TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is confused after receiving a rejection for their online 90-day visa report due to incorrect entry and visa expiration dates. They believe they filled in the correct information from their passport but still faced issues. Various comments suggest checking date formats, ensuring the correct visa category is listed, and that the initial report guidelines must be followed. After seeking help, they went to immigration for clarification and found support, indicating that they could always ask for help in person if they encounter problems.

Your first 90 has to be done IN PERSON then after that you can do online.

it is not his first time. Did you notice he arrived last year in 2023? We are now a year later in 2024. (why the need to use CAPS? Do you think people can not read like yourself?)

Is a complete lottery .

I did my very first on online , accepted no problem. Second one online accepted no problem.

Third one rejected online , reason given " incorrect entry dates and visa valid to dates "

,complete nonsense as same dates as first 2 applications and I've not left the country or moved address !!

Date of entry would be 17 04 2023, if thats your last entry, the 19th May is not required on the form, the visa expiry date will be on your last extension stamp in your passport. Common mistake is putting current year in the year field out of habit.

It may be the format of the date, if you write year first or last
