Maybe my info is a bit out of date because I married over 20 years ago, but I had to get a Thai certified translation of my passport and birth cert, along with proof of freedom to marry (I had an English marriage cert translated and certified). Thai husband didn't need any financial info, just ID, tabien bahn, witness (from same district and suchlike). Hope it helps. Good luck and congrats!
Usually, when extending or applying for a visa, the officer will tell you when you next need to notify. If not, I guess we should ask. Some of them will start the 90 days afresh to save you coming to do it soon. However, with the online 90-day report, I think it is simpler to keep doing it on the date given, especially when there's no paper slip.
yes, I've been here since about 2004 and before that for a while. Ah, thanks for explaining. I think you can cancel a visa, get an extension and then apply for a new one within Thailand, but it may be easier to just leave and come back, in some cases, like changing from tourist to non-B visa.
Hmmm, maybe things have changed or the system has been updated for this situation. I was married in the UK, and then came to Thailand and got married again here (yes, got the wedding certificates and were asked to kiss in the district office, LOL), just with certified translations of the UK wedding certificate and my passport.
