Are vaccinations administered in Thailand accepted by the UK government now? I have been fully vaccinated in Thailand (2x Pfizer) so I don’t have to quarantine when entering the UK right?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, vaccinations administered in Thailand, such as the Pfizer vaccine, are accepted by the UK government. Travelers can acquire a free international vaccine certificate through the Mor Prompt app, which is sufficient for check-in. It's necessary to check the specific requirements on the UK government site, as vaccination recognition can depend on the vaccine brand rather than the administering country. Additionally, travelers should fill out a Location form before returning to the UK.

I flew back in December. The Thai hospital certificate for 2 x Pfizer-BioNTech is fine. 🙂👍

Depends on the Vaccine, not which country it was administered in. Don't know about the UK, but the US doesn't accept Sinovac.
actually, both columns are accepted vaccinations. The first is vaccines explicitly accepted by the CDC. The second are vaccines accepted by WHO, and because of that those are also accepted by the US implicitly.
why are you triggered by someone saying they are thai vaccinated and want to know if its accepted in uk. Or if people are honest enough to say they are vaccinated? If it bothers you so much move on and do something else.
