For long stay holiday insurance last year, can buy when already here.

I was with them after one month, over £20,000 paid when I got ill and needed an operation. Really recommend.

Now I’m with Axa global as I’m uninsurable. Haven’t used them yet.

If they were the same cover as my mum got in the Uk they are good, albeit more expensive than others.

Definitely wise for all transfers. I send money every month.

Western union is unbelievable how much they charge.

If it’s a really large amount ask you bank how much it is to send. Wise wasn’t around when I brought my land but the bank fees were not so bad for the amount sent.

I live in Khao Lak, phang nga so it’s just down the road for us.

Amphur is government office. I’m not sure if you can get a letter depends where you live. Is available for us.

The test is simple enough to get.

I travel to phucket regularly as do my friends.

I need to be vaccinated, OR have a recent test OR get a letter from the amphur (this i do)

There is hardly any checks on the bridge. Many people driving in and out every day.

it can take long sometimes, bank holidays, etc or since they changed the name some transactions have taken up to 12 hours but normally it’s instant 🙂
