TLDR : Answer Summary
The ability for foreigners on a COVID extension in Thailand to receive the vaccine may depend on their location and local availability. While vaccine access is generally not contingent on visa status, it may be limited. Reports suggest that availability could vary significantly based on local stock, and it might be beneficial to visit local hospitals or check community groups for information.

Try heading to your local hospital and asking them. They might be able to slide you in as sometimes thet have no shows or people unable to have it due to high blood pressure and the like. If tyou have a wp that might help or Thai speaking friend.

Yes. The vaccine is not visa dependent. However it’s not widely available. Check a local Facebook group for where you are currently to see how to apply.
