I suppose so - it’s hard one isn’t it because visa exempt would imply no visa and was specifically developed to encourage longer term stays now I hear garbage on here that they don’t want longer term stays using this process. Which by definition means they have shot themselves in the foot. Personally and from all my associates and friends and colleagues who come here no one has experienced any issues and I would be shocked if they did as the whole point of this exemption is to not require a visa.
