Just request them off the app. My copies were accepted by immigration in Hua Hin for my O-A retirement visa renewal

yes I know that. But the term deposit guarantees my credit card and that’s the only way I was able to get a credit card in Thailand. While the interest earned on the term deposit is negligible, the fact that I have a credit card in Thailand is worth more to me and the bank is protected by having my term deposit as their guarantee. But if you have a different solution …… 🤷🏼‍♂️

Go to Bangkok Bank. It’s easy to get a credit card. Just place a Term Deposit equivalent to your credit limit and you are good to go.
