TLDR : Answer Summary
Bangkok Bank provides the option to request bank statements through their app, allowing customers to receive a 12-month statement via email. While some users report that immigration offices in Bangkok accept these emailed statements for visa applications and extensions, it is noted that practices may vary by immigration office, with some preferring stamped official statements. It is advisable to check directly with your local immigration office for specific requirements.

yes. I sent you a PM with a link to my travel blog where I highlighted the whole process. I’ve been asked not to post the link on this Facebook page 🤷🏼♂️
Bangkok Bank will email the twelve month statement. I've done it for the last two years extensions. Much better than the clunky old system where you had to go into the branch, order the statement, then return five days later to pick it up. It's now delivered within a few hours to your email. Print it and take it to immigration for your extension. Too easy. Thank you Bangkok Bank!
Yes. Go to "more services" and then "request account statement"

You will get 12-month statement via email and contrary to other posts, these are most definitely accepted by immigration. I used this statement at CW only a couple of weeks ago. Just make sure you also have your updated bankbook

Ok. Before the experts start telling you that statements have to be stamped, it's crap! Bangkok Immigration (biggest in the country) accept the emailed statements WITHOUT a stamp. That's a fact. If some pissant provincial office doesn't accept it, elevate it to a higher level.
I can only go by comments from other people but I believe Jomtien officers bend over backwards to make life difficult for foreigners unless they're paying bribes! Thankfully I only deal with CW!

Statements for what?
Emailed statements would not be accepted by immigration. You need official statements that you pick up from the bank and are stamped.
when you go to bangkok bank and complete the form to get say 13 months of statements printout you have 2 options, wait 5 working days and pick them up at the branch or have them emailed to you in which case you receive them the following afternoon. These are not the same statements you can download from the app. Saved my bacon a couple of years ago when Bangkok Bank lost the statements I'd ordered
calm down.. What's right for office isn't necessarily right for another. And if the original post doesn't include a location difficult to answer properly.
