As I wrote allready. Some ppl got it without being 50. Thats the key info. And if you look, for example, at the Thai Embassy hompage Berlin it's called "Non O RETIREMENT". But what's the officially Embassy knows compare to you.

Check about the "retirement visa". Some cases in the past got it without being 50 years old.

Yesterday at Nakhon Savan immi I started to draw the Map on the special paper with address and name on it they have. After 30 seconds the women took it and draw it by herself. It would be magic someone will find my house with helping from her map. Seldom seen something like this. Nothing was right. My map showed significant spots from the highway/main Street and everything else. Her map was so wrong.....

But ey, she happy I happy. 😁

That's the extension. For Non O marriage visa there is not such a rule.

I wasn't denied. I talked to them and they say they don't give anymore to open border country's. That's my info. Maybe you have other first hand experience to share from this immigration.

They already stopped it in Nakhon Sawan. At least for Germans.
