U obv use an agent. That's why they made it 2 mont prior and 3 months after to stop agents by passing the 800k rule.

it is the standard living for 12 months in Thailand , so U show a year's funds or 65k monthly income.

Has to be in Ur bank 3 months prior to a visa app and 3 months after.

U can then use it but can't go below 400k
