In Thailand a westerner can buy a condo and a car in his name.

When I comes to land and building houses on that land , it is a % split.. the house is normally considered the 49% and owned by the westerner , land being Thai owned.

1 problem that can occur is how to get to Ur house without trespass on their land 😂

I need to make sure U have money to support her.

Also make sure she has some money 2 months prior to doing a visa .

Show any house , land , property in her name

Sho a reason why the UK should believe she will return to Thailand like a child left behind , a good job. Etc

U need to have it in Ur bank 2-3 months prior and 2-3 after ur visa date.

I think this is to stop agents giving U the money then 3 mins later taking it back but it shows in Ur ACC , the bank stamp Ur visa and basically U by pass that rule , obv U pay for that service.

My balance is over 800k so no problem , it's been sat there fore years.

800k , 1900 baht at immigration , 3800b multiy entry and DIY it.

All depends where U want to live , what U want to do , do U drink alot do U need bars.

I don't drink , I live in issan and just built a 2 bed house for £7k so no rent and me , my partner and daughter live fine on £1000 a month, alot better then in the UK.

These people who say £5 and £10k a month etc are full of .......
