I call the UK from my Thai SIM and use 005 then UK code and number , something like 5-8b a min

Be careful if Ur told , yeah it's fine , cos it will be YOU who pays any fines not the rental agent.

They try to get round it by U sign for 30 day rental and stay say 10 days booking.

30 days covered any police asking questions and a second contract gives U Ur 10 days.

But if the police tighten the pressure on the agent Ur first in line to get the punishment as an illegal occupant.

I didn't know U had to leave every 90 days ????

I'm on the same visa , I don't leave year to year.

But .. if I did it's 1000-1500b a time at the airport , right ???

I did it 2 years ago , 1 week in the UK and no probs at the airport just paying for a re entry.

tbh I think that varies as in India show it from their country acc.

voa needed then apply here for Ur over 50s retirement .

During Ur voa period get a bkk bank acc and deposit funds

Careful now as new tax laws, I don't know what they are so look into them

U obv use an agent. That's why they made it 2 mont prior and 3 months after to stop agents by passing the 800k rule.

it is the standard living for 12 months in Thailand , so U show a year's funds or 65k monthly income.
