I rental 2 bed house , pool next door and 9 other houses share it , in a small quiet place about 10 mins from the beach in bang saray.

A lovely beach walk , plenty of nice bars and restaurants along the beach.

My house is 8000b a month ( $250 about ) my bills are electric $20 and water $3 a month.

They try to get round it by U sign for 30 day rental and stay say 10 days booking.

30 days covered any police asking questions and a second contract gives U Ur 10 days.

But if the police tighten the pressure on the agent Ur first in line to get the punishment as an illegal occupant.
