make the appointments at a qualified care center like a hospital and show all the proof it needs to take 6+ months of treatment.

show diagnosis as well, and letter of confirmation from the care center.

1-3 months needed only they might give a multiple entry tourist visa.

wasn't the case for me. Was it for you? I'm not attacking you I am just wondering.

I had to have a 6 month plan and documentation. Most other embassies reported on here I've seen within the last few months have also been more strict than just 1 appointment.
