I know multiple agents in Patts that charge 700-900 over the cost of the extension to have you skip the queue (usually in and out in under 30 seconds) and includes the taxi ride to the office then back to your home.
Considering the taxi ride for me would be 240 baht, it’s really not much to avoid wasting half a morning in a sweaty queue.
And I’ve almost never seen the wait at jomtien be 20 minutes or less aside from some days during the worst of Covid.
You might get lucky on some random day if you show up right when they open but you might not.
I’d rather sleep in than save a few baht. Each to his own.

He has to apply for a visa in Nigeria and he has to get quite a few documents to apply:
Certificate of clearance obtained from Nigeria National Drug Law Enforcement Agency

Original international health certificate of yellow fever vaccination

Reference Information: Name, address and phone number of a reference in your home country or the next country to be visited after Thailand.
