Has anyone obtained a Destination Thailand Visa through a Muay Thai training program in Hua Hin?

Has anyone here successfully obtained a DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) through a Muay Thai training program in Hua Hin?

I’m looking for recent first-hand experiences, especially regarding:

* which Muay Thai gym you used;

* the price of the DTV package;

* which supporting documents the gym provided;

* how long it took to receive the documents;

* whether you applied through the Royal Thai Embassy in Paris / France;

* whether your DTV was approved without any additional document requests.

I’m particularly interested in experiences with Monkey Muay Thai, Pro Muay Thai, or any other gym in Hua Hin that provides DTV supporting documents.
