Where is it easiest to apply for a Non O visa from Thailand: Vietnam, Laos, or Penang?
Hello everyone! I am the beneficiary of an OA visa that expires in December. I want to change my visa type from OA to Non O. I understand that I absolutely have to leave Thailand to do this. My question is where is it easier to apply for a Non O visa? In Vietnam, Laos or Penang, and what would be the time required. Thank you!

Depends on what you mean by "easiest."
The fastest is Laos, but requires you to print a QR code then attend the embassy in person with the QR code in order to pay the application fee. Once paid the visa is usually issued in 1-3 days.
Vietnam is the closest place that's relatively fast, but you can actually do everything online including the payment. Vietnam issues visas in about 5-7 days.

I don't. But an agent would just be asking you for the information that you need to submit and then submitting it online under your name. I'd suggest trying it yourself first without submitting it to see if you think it's that difficult

Laos is the quickest although you do have to attend the consulate to pay after submitting your application. I'd avoid penang
