Very confused about the e Visa

I am here in California USA

I went to the Los Angeles consulate website and looked up requirements for the non O-A e Visa

And it clearly states you need to have 100 thousand baht per month income and or 1.2 mil in the bank to qualify 🙃

Then I go on to a "official" E Visa website

And it states the old rolls of 65,000 in income and or 800,000 in the bank

Before I spend $2,000 for a year of health insurance how can I make sure I will qualify?

I got a one-year visa extension for my O-A in early November. I had my aged 800k baht on deposit, as well as my health insurance. Now I have a question about the 800k baht just sitting in my account.

My question is this:

I seem to recall that in addition to the ageing requirement for the 800k baht at the time of extension, that this minimum amount must remain in the bank for some period after the extension is granted. Now I can't find any such provision.

I've done a search here and didn't find my answer. The Immigration website appears to be down, so I can't get my answer there.

Sorry to be a pain. Maybe is wasn’t true, but on another site. They stated you only need 400000 baht or international income of 40000 baht if your married to a Thai national. Is this correct? Also do I have to prove medical insurance on initial entry on UK Non O A visa or at two year renewal stage? Thanks in anticipation folks. Aidan

Further to my previous question, I have a 1 year Non Immigrant O-A visa multiple entry, issued in London on 18th September 2019 thanks to the help I received from this group.

I entered Thailand on 19th October 2019. I left to go back to England on 9th December 2019 and will return on 27th January 2020, for just under 3 months, but will fly from Chaing Mai to Australia for a family wedding on 26th February 2020, returning on 3rd March 2020 to Chaing Mai. I will then leave again on 20th April 2020 to return to England.

I hope to return to Thailand in late October 2020 over the English winter until March 2021 but returning to England over that Christmas.

I have been advised by this group to get a re entry permit, so my question is -

At what point am I best to get the re entry permit?

Also, do I need Thai health insurance at any point ?

I just have the usual travel insurance at the moment.

In terms of hassle and possibly different requirements is it better to get a non immigrant O A retirement visa outside of Thailand or an O visa inside Thailand? I am American.

Hi can I get some advise on tm30 re entry, I'm in the UK at the moment returning to Phuket Monday evening, I'm dew to get my 90 day stamp on the 8th (I have a o_a visa till Dec).

On Monday 03ed will be my 3rd entry back to Thailand (Phuket), on the previous 2 entry's the tm30 entry form hasn't been mentioned?,

How do I rectify this and can I sort it out if I go and get my 90 day stay stamp, that's if I'm allowed to enter the country, (not expected this to end well) thanks for any advice much appreciated.

Immigration office in Samui have published their requirements regarding yearly extension to Non O A visa (over 50 Retirement or long stay.)

They told me that you can only apply 14 days early and asked me to understand the bottom of letter. I take that as they will only issue single entry visas.
