How many days prior to 90 days can one report using online system I just got an unexplained rejection suspect i might be a little premature

I received an extension to my O-A visa in October. My first 90 day report on this extension is this month. Will the online system accept a report or do I need to do it in person the first go round on a new extension? The system accepted it, but it's still "pending" 2 days later.

I've been doing 90-day reports online. Sometimes, it's 30 days when I need to do it next, but today, it was only just over a week! Anyone else?

So here's a strange one. I do my 90-day report online.

I did some shopping in Tachileik in June and have a Landing Card in my passport stamped 28 JUN 23.

But I got an email reminder from Immi saying:

"Your receipt for notification of "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" will be due on 23/08/2023."

.... which was my due date 90 days from my PREVIOUS arrival.

So I duly submitted a report and it got rejected (very nicely I thought) with:

"This is too early. Start counting 90 days from the date of arrival."

Since I'm flying out of Bangkok on the 23rd, I'm not worried about it per se, but it does show that there is a bit of a disconnect between the two systems.....

I have seen some negative feedback previously about online 90 day reporting, so I thought I would provide my experience.

I decided to do the report a week early online in case I was unsuccessful and needed to go to Bluport.

The online system is very easy to use, I received an almost immediate receipt acknowledgement and it was approved the day after.

It could not have been any simpler really.

If you have had problems in the past it might be worth giving it another try.

Please advise, I did my 3 last 90 days online, always got immediately a pdf confirmation, now I realized that each time after few days they sent another email saying report was rejected. What should I do?

I never cease to be amazed. The new 90 day reporting format with the emphasis on login and no tm 6 form seems to cure all my previous problems with doing the 90 day report online. They even email me now with a reminder that my 90 day report is due 15 days before its due date.

My 90 day report is due Saturday. Can I go on Monday? What is the current location to file the 90 day report in person ??

Super impressed with the online reporting... I tried the (new for me) system.....I have tried unsuccessfully in the past... and received the confirmation pdf in 1 day of my 90 day reporting.
