Approvals in my experience can take several hours to days ...I'd give it a few more days if its not a problem

It may depend on the province if your first 90-day report from the first extension is supported for online reporting. The best is to ask your local office.

As you already submitted, just wait and see as long as you have time to report at the local office in person. Some took about 1 week or more.

If you decide to go to the local office, be sure to cancel your pending report in advance.
