For those of you who use the Phuket Town office for 90 day reports and TM30 updates please note that the drive through has closed. This means that you have to go in to Room 101 to do these now.

This obviously increases the workload in that office so it gets busy.

You should try to use the online systems to speed up your reporting or updates or failing that use the satellite offices at Patong or Blue Tree which are traditionally much quieter than the main office.

You can also get extensions for tourist visa or visa exempt entries in these satellite offices.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The drive-through service for 90-day reports and TM30 updates at the Phuket Town office has closed, requiring visitors to enter Room 101 for these services. This change has increased foot traffic, making the office busier. It is advisable to utilize online systems for reporting or to use quieter satellite offices in Patong or Blue Tree for visa extensions and updates.
