TLDR : Answer Summary
After the blacklist time period in Thailand ends, individuals do not receive any official document from immigration. While their status may still appear on the immigration system, there are no guarantees for entry as previous blacklisting can make re-entry challenging. It is advisable to consult with a lawyer to confirm one's status before attempting to enter Thailand. Also, obtaining a visa beforehand and being prepared with cash, accommodation details, and an exit flight may help in the immigration process.

I know someone who was blacklisted for 1yr for overstaying. After the time passed he came back and was let in normally. The only hassle was the airport immigration had to call the person who added his name to the blacklist and took hours waiting because only this person could remove his name from the blacklist. Once that was done eveything is back to normal. Expect this when you return.

if the time is up, since you left Thailand you can try an entry. Definitely have all the bases covered, 20,000 baht or equivalent currency in cash, a ticket out within the time you'd be stamped in for, and booked accommodation for a week or more. Come in with a visa.

What type of offence, criminal or immigration?

You are deemed persona non grata. The best way to find out is to apply for a visa from your home nation and see what happens.

Embassies or consulates don't have access to immigrations database. You can apply for a visa and you'll get it,but it's when your passport is scanned at the airport by the immigration officer, you'll see if you're allowed to enter or not. Thai immigrations database isn't exactly foolproof.

Nothing.. but possibly you can only enter the country on a visa and not on visa exemption if your country has that option... Once you are blacklisted that will possibly be in the system forever and raise a red flag every time when you want to enter

Best to contact a lawyer that will look into your black list in the immigration system to see if you’re good to go on arrival, or will have to return immediately to your home of record

Good luck

Nope you do not, it will reflect in their system however, once you are have been blacklist before, it’s not easy for you to enter Thailand. Chances of them rejecting your entry is high

Nothing happens
